Tuition is due on Monday of each week. You will be charged for the full week even though your child may not attend every day, as our expenses remain the same. If tuition is more than one week late, a $20.00 service charge will be added. If you contract for part time, you will be charged the daily rate per day. You will be charged for the contracted days. Example if you contract for 3 days per week, you will be charged for 3 days per week even though your child may not attend every day. Tuition will not be pro-rated when TLC closes due to severe weather conditions, or when holidays occur during the week. Tuition is also not pro-rated for absences due to illness, vacations, or other personal reasons. Parents subsidized by county funding will be responsible for paying the co-payments; parents with childcare assistance must make their co-payments on a monthly basis and remain current. A $40.00 service charge will be applied to all returned checks
