Our staff is happy to welcome you. Our goal is to work closely with both you and your child to provide the best care possible. Our center is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services and complies with their standards for health and safety. All children are welcome, regardless of race, color, creed, or source of payment. TLC has a child care program plan for each age group, and it is available upon request from the director. The childcare program plan strives to meet your child's physical, emotional, and social needs.
